Waves + Wifi is a co-working, hotel, cafe, and community that will offer short-term accommodations to the digital nomad community.
Passage Residences will serve as an extension of the hotel to provide the community with long-term, affordable, and sustainable 1 and 2-bedroom homes for fractional ownership or purchase to be a part of our growing community.
