La Lejana: A friendlier alternative to Popoyo, producing a nice long left with softer, forgiving waves. Suited for all skill levels, it's a 15-minute walk from Waves & Wifi.
Beginner Bay: Perfect for those starting out, this spot beneath the Magnific Rock hotel offers a soft and gentle left over a rocky bottom, catering to beginners with a 30-minute walk from Waves & Wifi.
Lances Left: Accessible by a short boat ride from El Astillero, it offers a perfect long left, suitable for all skill levels.

Surf Seasons in Popoyo extend throughout the year, with the rainy season (May to September) bringing sizable waves and the windy season (November to April) offering smaller yet enjoyable swells. With consistently warm waters, a wetsuit is usually unnecessary, but offshore winds in January and February might warrant a spring suit or jacket.
